• Zero Retention Policy: We do not store, save, or log your screenshots, texts, or analysis results on our servers. All data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after the AI generates a response.
• No Personal Data Harvesting: We do not collect names, phone numbers, or metadata from the uploaded screenshots.

2. Third-Party AI Processing

To analyze the provided text and generate advice, Kolpa AI securely transmits the anonymized text data to third-party AI service providers (e.g., Google Gemini API). These providers process the data strictly to generate the response and are prohibited from using your data to train their models in a way that identifies you.

1. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
